At Ridleys Fish and Game, all of the Fish pies that we sell are Handmade to order in our onsite kitchen to our own bespoke and innovative recipes, they are all individual to our company. We use where possible fresh British and locally sourced vegetables and potatoes from a local north east greengrocer, British butter, fresh milk and cream straight from the fabulous Marleycote Pedigree Dairy farm at Slaley, Northumberland. We do not use additives, fillers or preservatives. Below is a list of our handmade fish pies that are available to order, We always have a small selection of fresh fish pies that are available to buy fresh from our various market stalls in the North East and Edinburgh on a weekly basis, please feel free to order or discuss your requirements. Larger pies can be made to order by dropping your favorite pie dish off to be filled for that family celebration or just because you can.

All of our fish pies are handmade by me in our kitchen to our own recipies using british and locally sourced fish, with the odd exotic visitor of fresh tuna or sword fish which is responsibly sourced from sustainable fisheries. All are made fresh for the weekend markets or made to order for our bespoke customer orders, All the pies with a potato top are gluten free but they can be topped with our handmade pastry. We are unable to provide a gluten free pastry but you can also have a hot pot style sliced potato. |
